Active orders is a tab that allows you to restore orders that were either canceled or were not placed for any reason (also known as grey grids).
Why do I see grey lines?
Grey levels indicate that orders are missing, and here is why:
Exchange technical issues
Not enough funds on the account to place new orders
Funds were moved or withdrawn
Orders in the grid were canceled manually
How to restore missing orders?
If you see missing orders, you can restore them manually. Please do the following steps:
1. Open the View window.
2. Open the Active orders tab.
3. If there are any errors, you will see the Fix it button, as shown in the picture below. When you click it, the system will restore a missed order. To restore all missed orders, you can click Fix all, which will automatically create new orders for your grid bot.
