Step 1: Create Bitsgap Support Account
Before submitting a support ticket, you will need to create a Bitsgap Support account that is different from your regular account. Enter your full name and email and then click Register. We will send an activation link to your email address where you need to follow instructions on how to log into your Bitsgap Support account.
Step 2: Submit New Support Ticket
Once you logged in, you will see an option to create a new support ticket.
Step 3: Describe your issue or problem
Provide the most necessary information and detailed description of the issue you have experienced. Please make sure you type the relevant subject of the problem. It will help us to process your ticket faster.
Step 4: Receive confirmation
Shortly after you will receive a notification about the submitted ticket.
- Check our FAQ and Knowledge Base for the answer to your question before submitting a ticket. If you cannot find the answer to your question, feel free to submit a new ticket and our support team will help.
- Alternatively, you can send your request via email@example.com
- Please do not create more than one ticket for the same issue. Creating duplicates would delay the support process significantly. To follow up on an issue, please use Check Ticket Status option for direct communication with support team.
- Please refrain from using social media for technical issues requiring our support team attention.
