Open orders
Open orders is a tab that shows your open trades and allows you to restore orders that were canceled for any reason (also known as grey grids).
Grey levels indicate that orders are missing, and here is why:
- Exchange technical issues;
- Not enough funds in the account to place new orders;
- Funds were moved or withdrawn;
- Orders in the grid were canceled manually.
How to restore missing orders?
If you see missing orders, you can restore them manually. To do so, please follow the steps:
1. Click on your bot, open the "Bot actions" tab on the right-hand side, click [View details] -> [Bot Orders]
2. Switch to the "Open orders" tab.
3. If there are any errors, you will see the [Fix all orders] button, as shown in the picture below. When you click it, the system will restore all missed orders.
Great! Now all orders are active again, and your bot can keep operating and generating more profit 😉
