Payment Restrictions for Certain Countries on iOS

In our iOS mobile application, there are certain restrictions regarding the payment options for subscription plans. These limitations are based on the user's country of residence and have been implemented to comply with local regulations. Below are the specific restrictions for different countries:

Indonesia and Vietnam:

Users from Indonesia and Vietnam are unable to make payments for yearly subscription plans.
Additionally, the PRO plan subscription cannot be purchased on a monthly basis in these countries.

Colombia and Tanzania:

Users from Colombia and Tanzania are unable to purchase Advanced and PRO subscription plans for a yearly period.

Republic of Korea:

Users from the Republic of Korea are unable to purchase PRO subscription plans for a yearly period.


To accommodate these limitations and provide transparency to our users, a notification will be displayed on the payment interface for iOS users in affected countries. This notification will indicate "Not supported for your country" when users attempt to subscribe to unavailable plans in their region.
